Message the shop through their whatsapp and was very attentive. Swift in their reply and even ordered a spare part for my phone just to check if its indeed the suspected part was faulty.
One of their technician, Anthony attended to me and offered to check my phone throughly even to the point part by part.
Although my phone never got fixed, he offered some advices on how to proceed in fixing because the part at fault wasn't really cheap at all.
All was done without a single charge!!!
I would really recommend this shop to everyone who is having issues with their phones because they are very dedicated and attentive to their customers request.
